Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่อง“ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการคัดแยกประเภทขยะมูลฝอยของประชาชนในชุมชนเขตคลองเตย กรุงเทพมหานคร” ในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาถึงระดับความรู้ที่เกี่ยวกับการคัดแยกขยะมูลฝอย ทัศนคติที่มีต่อการคัดแยกประเภทขยะมูลฝอยและพฤติกรรมการคัดแยกประเภทขยะมูลฝอยของประชาชนในชุมชนเขตคลองเตย กรุงเทพมหานครและเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านจิตวิทยา และ ปัจจัยด้านการสื่อสารและสังคม ที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการคัดแยกประเภทมูลฝอย การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจโดยการใช้แบบสอบถาม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมการคัดแยกประเภทขยะมูลฝอย โดยรวมในช่วง 3 เดือนที่ผ่านมา มีพฤติกรรมอยู่ในระดับ ปฎิบัติบางครั้ง พฤติกรรมที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างปฎิบัติมากที่สุดคือ พฤติกรรมการคัดแยก ขยะพิษ ออกจาก ขยะยังใช้ได้ ( รีไซเคิล ) โดยจะปฎิบัติ อยู่ในระดับ ปฎิบัติบางครั้ง และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการคัดแยกประเภทขยะมูลฝอยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 นั้นมีอยู่ด้วยกัน 8 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษารายได้ต่อเดือน สถานที่ชุมชนที่อยู่อาศัย ระดับความรู้ในเรื่องการคัดแยกประเภทขยะมูลฝอยจากแหล่งข่าวสารต่างๆในช่วงระยะเวลา 6 เดือนที่ผ่านมา และการเพิ่มอัตราค่าธรรมเนียมการเก็บขนขยะมูลฝอยสำหรับครัวเรื่อนที่ไม่มีการคัดแยกประเภทขยะมูลฝอย และ ลดอัตราค่าธรรมเนียมการเก็บขนขยะมูลฝอยสำหรับ ครัวเรือนที่มีการคัดแยกประเภทขยะมูลฝอย

Abstract: The purposes pf this research are 1) to study the knowledge, attitude, and behavior level of people living in Klong Toei District Community, Bangkok about the sorting of solid wastes. 2) to study their socio-economic, psychological and perceptive level which affect their behavior for their sorting of solid wastes. Sets of questionnaires were sent out. The data received were than calculated and analyzed. The results of the research showed that during the past three months, the majority of the respondents showed their behavior for the sorting of solid waste at the level of somewhat sorting. The behavior that was performed at the highest level was the sorting of toxic waste out of the waste that could be recycled-this was done at the rate of sometimes. The second on the list was the sorting of garbage out of the waste that could be recycled. As for the factors that affect the respondents’ behavior of sorting solid waste at the statistical significant level 0.05, it was found that there were eight factors, these are: the educational level; monthly income; community area where they reside; knowledge of solid waste; attitude on sorting of solid waste; perception level promotion program on transforming garbage into; the level of information reception from various medias within six months; and the increase of solid waste collection fees for the households that not doing the sorting, on the other hand, the decrease of the solid waste collection fees for the households that participating in sorting.
