Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานการประกันคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของโรงเรียนเอกชนในเขตสังฆมณฑลราชบุรีตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและ ครูผู้สอน (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานการประกันคุณภาพใน 3 องค์ประกอบของโรงเรียนเอกชนในเขตสังฆมณฑลราชบุรี จำแนกตามเพศ ตำแหน่งหน้าที่และประสบการณ์ทำงาน (3) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานการประกันคุณภาพใน 7 ปัจจัยของโรงเรียนเอกชนในเขตสังฆมณฑลราชบุรี จำแนกตามเพศ ตำแหน่งหน้าที่และประสบการณ์ทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนเอกชนสังกัดฝ่ายการศึกษาในโรงเรียนของเขตสังฆมณฑลราชบุรี จำนวน 13 โรงเรียน ผู้บริหาร 78 คนและครูผู้สอน 178 คนโดยใช้สัดส่วน 1:4 เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามการปฏิบัติงานการประกันคุณภาพของโรงเรียนเอกชนในเขตสังฆมณฑลราชบุรี ซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างจาก คู่มือปฏิบัติงานตรวจสอบคุณภาพโรงเรียนเอกชนของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) การทดสอบความแตกต่างค่าที (t-test) และทดสอบความแปรปรวน (ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการปฏิบัติงานการประกันคุณภาพของโรงเรียนเอกชนในเขตสังฆมณฑลราชบุรีตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนที่มีเพศต่างกันและตำแหน่งหน้าที่ต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานการประกันคุณภาพแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนที่มีประสบการณ์ทำงานแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานการประกันคุณภาพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 ในองค์ประกอบประสิทธิภาพของการจัดการและการบริหารและองค์ประกอบคุณภาพของการบริการที่จัดให้แก่ผู้เรียนในโรงเรียน และในปัจจัย ปรัชญาและเป้าหมายของโรงเรียน บุคลากร ทรัพยากรเพื่อการเรียนการสอน และการจัดการ การบริหาร The purposes of this research were (1) to study the educational quality assurance performances of private schools under the supervision of Ratchaburi Diocese to according the administrators’ and the teachers’ opinions , (2) to compare the administrators’ and the teachers’ opinions on the three component educational quality assurance performances of private schools under the supervision of Ratchaburi Diocese according to the respondents’ genders, positions and work experiences, and (3) to compare the administrators’ and the teachers’ opinions on the seven factors educational quality assurance performances of private schools under the supervision of Ratchaburi Diocese according to the genders, positions and work experiences . The sampling was acquired from a group of the administrators and the teachers under the supervision of Ratchaburi Diocese in 13 schools totaling 78 administrators and 178 teachers by using a ratio of 1 : 4 The instrument used in this research was a set of questionnaires, on quality assurance performances, developed from the quality assurance handbook by the Office of Private Schools Commission. Statistical procedures employed were by means of percentage (%), mean ( ), standard deviation (S.D.), t-test and F-test. The findings revealed that the educational quality assurance performances of private schools under the supervision of Ratchaburi Diocese according to the administrators’ and the teachers’ opinions were at the high levels. The administrators’ and the teachers’ opinions who had different genders and different positions were overall not different significantly at the level of .05. The administrators’ and the teachers’ opinions who had different work experiences were overall different significantly at the level of .05, on the factors of efficiency of management and administration and quality of service to the students in the school, on the school philosophy and goal, personnel, teaching and learning resources, as well as management and administration.
