Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการพัฒนาชุดฝึกทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่องการคูณ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 75/75 และ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่องการคูณ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ระหว่างก่อนและหลังเรียนด้วยชุดฝึกทักษะ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนบ้านตุงลุง อำเภอโขงเจียม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย รูปแบบการทดลอง คือ One Group Pretest Posttest Design เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ชุดทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่องการคูณ จำนวน 15 ชุด แผนการจัด การเรียนรู้ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนคณิตศาสตร์ ซึ่งมีค่าความยากง่ายตั้งแต่ .33 - .67 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกตั้งแต่ .27 -.67 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .91 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า t ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ชุดฝึกทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่องการคูณ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพ 78.11/77.67 2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง การคูณ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ที่ได้รับการสอนโดยชุดฝึกทักษะหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 The purposes of this research were to develop mathematics skill packages on the topic times for Prathom Suksa III students, based on the determined standard criteria of 75/75 and to compare the students’ achievement before and after using the packages. The samples used in this study were 30 Prathom Suksa III students of Thungloong School, Khongjiam District, Ubonratchatani Educational Service Area Office 3. A one Group Pretest Posttest Design was used for the study. The research tools were the packages on mathematics, and the achievement test constructed by the researcher. The test difficulty indices ranged from .33 to .67 the discrimination indices ranged from .27 to .67, and the reliability value was .91. The collected data were analyzed by the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research findings were as follows : 1. The mathematics skill packages on the topic times for Prathom Suksa III students were efficient since criteria were found at78.11/77.67 which exceeded the criteria of 75/75. 2. The students’ achievement after using the packages was statistically higher than that before using the packages at .01 level of significance.
