Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณภาพการศึกษาด้านผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ตามความเห็นของครูผู้สอนและผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 2)เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพการศึกษาด้านผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ระหว่างความเห็นของครูผู้สอนและผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 3) เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพการศึกษา ด้านผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ตามความเห็นของ ครูผู้สอนและผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี จำนวน 205 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยครูผู้สอนและผู้บริหารโรงเรียน รวม 590 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าสถิติที (t - test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One - way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โดยภาพรวมครูผู้สอนและผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความเห็นว่าคุณภาพ การศึกษาด้านผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี อยู่ในระดับ ปานกลางและพบว่าครูผู้สอนและผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความเห็นต่อคุณภาพการศึกษาด้านผู้เรียนใน ภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และครูผู้สอนและผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความเห็นว่า คุณภาพการศึกษาด้านผู้เรียนในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกันแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ The purposes of this research were 1) to study the educational quality regarding to the learners in the schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Provincial Primary Education in Kanchanaburi, perceived by the teachers and the administrators, 2) to compare the educational quality regarding to the learners between the teachers’ and the administrators’ opinions, and 3) to compare the educational quality regarding to the learners, perceived by the teachers and the administrators of the schools with different sizes. The subjects consisted of 250 schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Provincial Primary Education in Kanchanaburi. The respondents were 590 teachers and administrators of those schools. The instrument was a set of questionnaires with five-rating scales. The statistics used for analyzing the acquired data were percentage, arithmetic means ( ), standard deviation (S.D.), t-test, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). . The results of the research were as follows: The teachers and the administrators perceived that the educational quality regarding to the learners in the schools under the Office of Provincial Primary Education in Kanchanaburi was at a medium level. The comparison between the teachers’ and the administrators’ opinions about the educational quality regarding to the learners showed no significant differences. Moreover, the comparisons between the opinions about the educational quality regarding to the learners of the teachers and the administrators from different school sizes were not significantly different.
