Abstract:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาในการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้ช่วยตามความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้ช่วย ตามความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครู ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 โดยจำแนกตามตำแหน่งและขนาดของสถานศึกษา
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ข้าราชการครู ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน และครูผู้ช่วยปฏิบัติงาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 ปีการศึกษา 2551 จำนวน 310 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิจากประชากร จำนวน 1,613 คน โดยเกณฑ์ตามตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าจำนวน 68 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .93 และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติด้วยค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนและทดสอบความแตกต่าง (ของค่าเฉลี่ย) เป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของ Scheffe'
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. สภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้ช่วยในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านการพัฒนาผู้เรียน ด้านการพัฒนาวิชาการ ด้านการพัฒนาสถานศึกษา ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน เมื่อพิจารณาในภาพรวมและรายด้านมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. ข้าราชการครูที่มีตำแหน่งต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้ช่วยในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
3. ข้าราชการครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในสถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้ช่วยในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
4. ข้าราชการครูมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาในปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้ช่วยในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 5 โดยรวมด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้มีปัญหามากที่สุด ข้อที่เป็นปัญหามากที่สุด คือ การดำเนินการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน รองลงมาคือ การนำผลการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนมาปรับปรุงการจัดการเรียนรู้ และการวิเคราะห์มาตรฐานการเรียนรู้ ผลการเรียนรู้ที่คาดหวังและสาระการเรียนรู้
The objectives of this study were to investigate and to compare the state of and problems with job performance of teacher assistants in basic schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area 5. The data collected were analyzed on the basis of the respondents positions held and school size.
A total of 310 teachers, selected by using the stratified random sampling method from 1,613 teacher populations, were employed as the research sample. The sample size was determined by the table of Krejcie and Morgan. They included school administrators, teachers, and teacher assistants who worked for basic schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area 5 in 2007 academic year. The research instrument was a five scale rating questionnaire with the overall coefficient reliability of .93 consisting of 68 question items. The statistics utilized for data analysis included percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Scheffes comparison test.
The research findings were as follows:
1. For the overall and individual aspects, the state of job performance of teacher assistants in basic schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area 5 in terms of learning aspect, development of learners, development of academic, development of schools, and the schools community relations was fond to be operated at a high level.
2. For the analysis of the opinions of the teacher holding different positions toward the state of job performance of teacher assistants in basic schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area 5, the opinions were found to be different at level .05 of significance.
3. The difference in opinions of teachers working in schools with different size to ward the state of job performance of teacher assistants in basic schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Ubon Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area 5 was also found at level .01 of significance.
4. In terms of the opinions toward the problems of job performance of teacher assistants in basic schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Educational Service Area 5, overall, the result showed that the learning aspect was found to be the most problematic followed by action research in classroom, the application of the research result in teaching improvements, and the analysis of learning standard, expected learning outcomes, and learning contents.
