Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนโปรแกรม กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง ระบบนิเวศ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่องระบบนิเวศ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยบทเรียนโปรแกรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนบ้านแก้งซาว อำเภอเขื่องใน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 1 จำนวน 40 คน จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย บทเรียนโปรแกรมแบบเส้นตรง กลุ่มสาระทางการเรียนที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น ซึ่งมีค่าความยากง่ายตั้งแต่ .30 - .80 ค่าอำนาจตั้งแต่ .20 - .84 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .87 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า t ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. บทเรียนโปรแกรม กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง ระบบนิเวศ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ประกอบด้วยคำแนะนำในการเรียน วัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหาสาระ กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้และแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ซึ่งพบว่ามีประสิทธิภาพ 84.83/83.88 ตามเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ 80/80 2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่องระบบนิเวศ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 หลังเรียนด้วยบทเรียนโปรแกรมสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 The purposes of this research were to develop a programmed instruction in science strand on ecosystem for Prathom Suksa Six level, and to compare the learning achievement before and after using the programmed instruction. The samples consisted of 40 Prathom Suksa Six students of Ban Kangsoa School at Khuangnai District, Ubon Rachathani Province in the academic year 2008; selected through simple random sampling. The research instruments consisted of the linear programmed instruction in the science strand, and the achievement test constructed by the researcher. The difficulty indices of the test ranged from .30 to .80, the discrimination indices ranged from .20 to 84, and the reliability value was .87. The data were analyzed by using mean, percentage, standard deviation, and t –test. The research findings were as follows: 1. The programmed instruction consisted of learning instruction, objectives, contents, learning activities, and the achievement test, which was efficient as it was found to have the criteria of 84.83/83.88 based on the criteria of 80/80. 2. The learning achievement of the students after using the programmed instruction was statistically higher than that before using at the .01 level.
