Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) การสร้างแบบวัดภาคปฏิบัติวิชางานเครื่องยนต์เบื้องต้นตามหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ พุทธศักราช 2545 (ปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2546) (2) เพื่อตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบวัดภาคปฏิบัติวิชางานเครื่องยนต์เบื้องต้น และ (3) เพื่อจัดทำคู่มือการใช้แบบวัดภาคปฏิบัติวิชางานเครื่องยนต์เบื้องต้น ของวิทยาลัยการอาชีพกันทรลักษ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ แบบทดสอบที่สร้างขึ้นประกอบด้วย 6 ฉบับ คือ การเปลี่ยนน้ำมันเครื่อง การเปลี่ยนกรองน้ำมันเครื่อง การเปลี่ยนไส้กรองน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง การถอดและติดตั้งฝาครอบวาล์ว การถอดและติดตั้งอ่านน้ำมันหล่อลื่น และการถอดและติดตั้งมอเตอร์สตาร์ท กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 1 ของวิทยาลัยการอาชีพกันทรลักษ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกา จำนวน 240 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบวัดภาคปฏิบัติ จำนวน 6 ฉบับ วิธีดำเนินการศึกษาโดยการทดสอบ 2 ครั้ง ครั้งที่ 1 เป็นการตรวจสอบคุณภาพด้านความยากและอำนาจจำแนก ครั้งที่ 2 เป็นการตรวจสอบคุณภาพด้าน ความยากและอำนาจจำแนก ความเป็นปรนัยในการตรวจให้คะแนน ความเชื่อถือได้ และความแม่นตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรบาน ดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างจุดประสงค์เชิงพฤติกรรมกับงานที่กำหนดให้ปฏิบัติ ดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างงานที่กำหนดให้ปฏิบัติกับเกณฑ์การให้คะแนน ความยาก อำนาจจำแนกสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่าย การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานในการวัดและการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. แบบวัดภาคปฏิบัติวิชางานเครื่องยนต์เบื้องต้น ตามหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ พุทธศักราช 2545 (ปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2546) ที่สร้างขึ้นมีจำนวน 6 ฉบับ ได้แก่ การเปลี่ยนน้ำมันเครื่องการเปลี่ยนกรองน้ำมันเครื่อง การเปลี่ยนไส้กรองน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง การถอดและติดตั้งฝาครอบวาล์ว การถอดและติดตั้งอ่างน้ำมันหล่อลื่นและการถอดและติดตั้งมอเตอร์สตาร์ทแต่ละฉบับประกอบด้วยงานที่กำหนดให้ปฏิบัติและระดับการปฏิบัติใน 4 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นเตรียม 5 ข้อ ขั้นปฏิบัติ 12-18 ข้อ ขั้นผลงาน 3 ข้อ และขั้นกิจนิสัย 3 ข้อ 2. ดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างจุดประสงค์เชิงพฤติกรรมกับงานที่กำหนดให้ปฏิบัติและความสอดคล้องระหว่างงานที่กำหนดให้ปฏิบัติกับเกณฑ์การให้คะแนนและรายละเอียดการให้คะแนนในแบบวัดทั้ง 6 ฉบับ มีค่าตั้งแต่ .67 ถึง 1.00 3. ความยากและอำนาจจำแนกของข้อสอบในแบบวัดภาคปฏิบัติ ฉบับที่ 1 เรื่องการเปลี่ยนน้ำมันเครื่อง มีค่าความยากตั้งแต่ .43 ถึง .58 และค่าอำนาจจำแนกตั้งแต่ .27 ถึง .68 ฉบับที่ 2 เรื่อง การเปลี่ยนกรองน้ำมันเครื่อง มีค่าความยากตั้งแต่ .52 ถึง .68 และค่าอำนาจจำแนกตั้งแต่ .27 ถึง .62 ฉบับที่ 3 เรื่อง การเปลี่ยนไส้กรองน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง มีค่าความยากตั้งแต่ .53 ถึง .63 และค่าอำนาจจำแนกตั้งแต่ .40 ถึง .68 ฉบับที่ 4 เรื่อง การถอดและติดตั้งฝาครอบวาล์ว มีค่าความยากตั้งแต่ .59 ถึง .73 และค่าอำนาจจำแนกตั้งแต่ .42 ถึง .62 ฉบับที่ 5 เรื่อง การถอดและติดตั้งอ่างน้ำมันหล่อลื่น มีค่าความยากตั้งแต่ .43 ถึง .73 และค่าอำนาจจำแนกตั้งแต่ .20 ถึง .70 และฉบับที่ 6 เรื่อง การถอดและติดตั้งมอเตอร์สตาร์ท มีค่าความยากตั้งแต่ .53 ถึง .67 และค่าอำนาจจำแนกตั้งแต่ .22 ถึง .67 4. ความเป็นปรนัยในการตรวจให้คะแนนของแบบวัดภาคปฏิบัติ ฉบับที่ 1 เรื่อง การเปลี่ยนน้ำมันเครื่อง มีค่าตั้งแต่ .44 ถึง 1.00 ฉบับที่ 2 เรื่องการเปลี่ยนกรองน้ำมันเครื่อง มีค่าตั้งแต่ .59 ถึง 1.00 ฉบับที่ 3 เรื่อง การเปลี่ยนไส้กรองน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง มีค่าตั้งแต่ .41 ถึง .82 ฉบับที่ 4 เรื่อง การถอดและติดตั้งฝาครอบวาล์ว มีค่าตั้งแต่ .35 ถึง .84 ฉบับที่ 5 เรื่อง การถอดและติดตั้งอ่างน้ำหล่อลื่น มีค่าตั้งแต่ .40 ถึง .97 และฉบับที่ 6 เรื่อง การถอดและติดตั้งมอเตอร์สตาร์ท มีค่าตั้งแต่ .56 ถึง .97 5. ความเชื่อมั่นได้ของแบบวัดภาคปฏิบัติ ฉบับที่ 1 เรื่อง การเปลี่ยนน้ำมันเครื่องมีค่าเท่ากับ .99 ฉบับที่ 2 เรื่อง การเปลี่ยนกรองน้ำมันเครื่อง มีค่าเท่ากับ .98 ฉบับที่ 3 เรื่อง การเปลี่ยนไส้กรองน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง มีค่าเท่ากับ .96 ฉบับที่ 4 เรื่อง การถอดและติดตั้งฝาครอบวาล์ว มีค่าเท่ากับ .95 ฉบับที่ 5 เรื่อง การถอดและติดตั้งอ่างน้ำมันหล่อลื่น มีค่าเท่ากับ .99 และฉบับที่ 6 เรื่อง การถอดและติดตั้งมอเตอร์สตาร์ท มีค่าเท่ากับ .98 6. ความแม่นตรงเชิงโครงสร้างของแบบวัดภาคปฏิบัติ ฉบับที่ 1 เรื่อง การเปลี่ยนน้ำมันเครื่อง มีค่าตั้งแต่ .76 ถึง .94 ฉบับที่ 2 เรื่อง การเปลี่ยนกรองน้ำมันเครื่อง มีค่าตั้งแต่ .74 ถึง .96 ฉบับที่ 3 เรื่อง การเปลี่ยนไส้กรองน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง มีค่าตั้งแต่ .89 ถึง .98 ฉบับที่ 4 เรื่องการถอดและติดตั้งฝาครอบวาล์ว มีค่าตั้งแต่ .94 ถึง .97 ฉบับที่ 5 เรื่อง การถอดและติดตั้งอ่างน้ำมันหล่อลื่น มีค่าตั้งแต่ .90 ถึง .96 และฉบับที่ 6 เรื่อง การถอดและติดตั้งมอเตอร์สตาร์ท มีค่าตั้งแต่ .77 ถึง .96 This research aimed to 1) develop the practicaltest on the basic engine course according to the B.E. 2545 vocational certificate curriculum (revised B.E. 2546), 2) examine the test quality and 3) make a manual to be used for the practical test. The test had six parts: engine oil change, change of fuel filter, removal and installation of valve lid, removal and installation of a lubricating oil, and removal and installation of motor start. The subjects in the study were 240 first year students of kantaluk vocational College. They were selected by simple random sampling. The instrument was a 6 part-test. The study was conducted by two tests. The first test was to examine item difficulty and item discrimination. The second test examined item difficulty and discrimination, objectivity in giving scores, reliability, and construct validity of the test. Statistics used in the research were mean, standard deviation, index of conformity between the behavioral objective and the assigned tasks and between the assigned tasks and the scoring criterion, difficulty, discrimination, simple correlation coefficient, analysis of variance, standard error of measurement, and factor analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1) The practical test on the basic engine course had six parts, each of which was composed of four evaluation process and practical stages; namely, 5 items preparation, 12-18 items practice, 3 items result and 3 items regular stage. 2) An index of conformity between the behavioral objective and the assigned tasks, scoring and details was from .67 to 1.00. 3) Item difficulty and item discrimination of the test was the following. One the engine oil change, item difficulty value ranged from .47 to .58, and discrimination, from .07 to .68. On the engine oil filter change, difficulty was from .52 to .68 and discrimination from .27 to .67. On fuel filter change, difficulty ranged from .53 to .63, and discrimination, from .40 to .68. One removal and installation of the valve lid, difficulty was from .59 to .73, and discrimination, from .42 to .62. On removal and installation of lubricating oil, difficulty was from .43 to .73, and discrimination, from .20 to .70. On removal and installation of motor start, difficulty was from .53 to .67, and discrimination, from .22 to .67. 4) Objectivity scoring of the practical test was the following. On the engine oil change, it was from .44 to 1.00. On the engine oil filter change, it ranged from .59 to 1.00. On the fuel fitter change, it was .41 to .52. On removal and installation of the valve lid, it was from .35 to .84. On the removal and installation of the lubricating oil, it was from .40 to .97. On the removal and installation of motor start, it was .56 to .97. 5) Reliability of the test was as follows: on the engine oil change, the value was. 99. On the engine oil filter; it was .98. On the fuel filter change, it was .96 On removal and installation of the valve lid it was .95. On the removal and installation of the lubricating oil, it was .99. On the removal and installation of motor start, it was .98. Construct validity of the test. 6) Construct validity of the test. Was as follows: on the engine oil change, it was from .76 to .94 On the engine oil filter change, it was .74 to .96. On the fuel filter change, it was from .89 to .98. On removal and installation of the valve lid, it ranged from .94 to .97. On the removal and installation of the lubricating oil, it was from .90 to .96. On the removal and installation of motor start, it was from .77 to .96.
