Abstract:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการการแพทย์ แผนไทย ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี 2)เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้มารับบริการการแพทย์แผนไทยในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนตามคุณสมบัติด้านชีวสังคม 3) เพื่อศีกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการการแพทย์แผนไทย ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี และ 4) เพื่อค้นหาตัวแปรพยากรณ์ที่ดีของความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการการแพทย์แผนไทย ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ใน การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้รับบริการแพทย์แผนไทยในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน อายุ 15 ปี ขึ้นไปในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จำนวน 19 แห่ง ในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น จำนวน 55,401คน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 398 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบทดสอบที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น นำไปทดสอบกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีคุณสมบัติคล้ายประชากรจริง จำนวน 50 คน เพื่อทดสอบความเชื่อมั่น ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ .964
สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ สัมประสิทธิ์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ด้วยวิธีแบบขั้นตอน และใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์หาค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ และค่าน้ำหนักความสำคัญของตัวพยากรณ์ โดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการการแพทย์แผนไทยในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีโดยรวม พบว่า อยู่ในระดับดี ( =4.25)
2. การเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการการแพทย์แผนไทยในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ตามคุณสมบัติด้านชีวสังคมได้แก่ เพศ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ ภูมิลำเนา และ สิทธิในการรักษาพยาบาล โดยรวม มีความพึงพอใจไม่แตกต่างกัน
3. การเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการการแพทย์แผนไทยในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ด้านอายุ พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01โดยวัยรุ่นกับผู้ใหญ่และผู้ใหญ่กับผู้สูงอายุ มีความพึงพอใจที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
4. ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการการแพทย์แผนไทยในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานีปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้มารับบริการการแพทย์แผนไทย มี 4 ด้านคือด้านอัธยาศัยการให้บริการ ด้านสถานบริการ ด้านความสะดวก และด้านค่าใช้จ่ายในการใช้บริการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
5. ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับตัวแปรเกณฑ์ ด้านอัธยาศัยการให้บริการ (X8) ด้านสถานบริการ (X10) ด้านความสะดวก (X5) และด้านค่าใช้จ่ายในการใช้บริการ (X7) ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมความพึงพอใจของผู้มารับบริการการแพทย์แผนไทยในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยเรียงลำดับความสำคัญ โดยมีสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ.63 แสดงว่าตัวแปรพยากรณ์ที่ดีชุดนี้ร่วมกันสามารถพยากรณ์ความพึงพอใจ ของผู้มารับบริการการแพทย์แผนไทยในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ได้ร้อยละ 39.30 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานในการพยากรณ์เท่ากับ 4.09 ดังนั้น จึงเขียนสมการพยากรณ์ความพึงพอใจของผู้มารับบริการการแพทย์แผนไทยในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ได้ดังนี้

The purposes of this research were 1) to compare the clients satisfaction in obtaining the service on Thai traditional medicine at community hospitals in accordance hospital in Ubon Ratchatani province, 2) to investigate the clients satisfaction in obtaining the service on Thai traditional medicine at community with bio-social properties, 3) to investigate the factors affecting the clinents satisfaction in obtaining the service on Thai traditional medicine at community hospitals in Ubon Ratchatani province, and 4) to search for the good predicting variables of the clients satisfaction in obtaining the service on Thai traditional medicine at community hospitals in Ubon Ratchatani province.The sample used in this research included the clients with the age of over 15 years. who obtained the service on Thai traditional medicine at 19 community hospitals in Ubon Ratchatani province. By means of stratified sampling from the population of 55,401 , the sample including 398 persons were selected .The instrument used in the research was a test constructed by the resesearcher. The test was tried out with 50 people having the same qualification as the authentic population in order to check for the reliability which was equivalent to .964.
The statistics used in data analysis included frequency,percentage,mean,
standard deviation,t-test, analysis of variance,corelation coefficient,multiple regression coefficient. The statistics in analysing for multi-stage multiple corelation coefficient ,and the level of significance of the predictors were used by means of SPSS.
The research findings were as follows:
1. The clients satisfaction in obtaining the service on Thai traditional medicine at community hospitals in Ubon Ratchatani province,as a whole,was on the good level (= 4.25)
2. In comparing the clients satisfaction in obtaining the service on Thai tradional medicine at community hospitals in Ubon Ratchatani province in accordance with bio-social properties including gender,educational level, occupation ,domicile ,and medical treatment rights, it was found that there was no difference in the satisfaction as a whole.
3. In comparing the clients satisfaction in obtaining the service on Thai traditional medicine at community hospitals in Ubon Ratchatani province, classified by age of the clients, it was found that the satisfaction was statisticallydifferent at .01
There was statistical difference between the satisfaction of the teenagers and the adults and between the adults and the aging.
4. The factors affecting the clients satisfaction in obtaining the service on Thai traditional medicine at community hospitals in Ubon Ratchatani province included 4 dimensions with stastistical significance at .01 : the hospitality in providing the service, the service site,the facility ,and the service payment.
5. The predicting variables having positive relationship with criteria variables on hospitality in providing service (X8) , service site (X10),facility (X5),and service payment (X7),affected satisfictory behaviours of the clients in obtaining the service on Thai traditional medicine at community hospitals in Ubon Ratchatani province with statistical significance at .05 in order of importance with multiple corelation coefficient of .63 . This indicated that this set of good predicting variables were able to predict the satisfaction of the clients obtaining the service on Thai traditional medicine at community hospitals in Ubon Ratchatani province for 39.00 per cent with the variance in predicting of 4.09 . Consequently, an equation in predicting the satisfaction of the clients in obtaining the service on Thai traditional medicine at community hospitals in Ubon Ratchatani province could be written as follows:
