Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินโครงการโรงเรียนอนุรักษ์พลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม โรงเรียนราชนันทาจารย์ สามเสนวิทยาลัย 2 ใน 3 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) ความสอดคล้อง ความเหมาะสม ความพร้อม ความเพียงพอ ของปัจจัยนำเข้า/ทรัพยากรของโครงการโรงเรียน อนุรักษ์พลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม 2) ความเหมาะสมของการดำเนินงานกิจกรรมในโครงการโรงเรียน อนุรักษ์พลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม ปัญหา อุปสรรค และแนวทางการแก้ปัญหา และ 3) ผลสำเร็จจาก การดำเนินงานโครงการโรงเรียนอนุรักษ์พลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมในด้านผลิตและผลลัพธ์ ประชากร ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ ครู นักเรียน และ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม การมีจิตสำนึกการอนุรักษ์พลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อโครงการ และ แบบบันทึกข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการประเมินโครงการ พบว่า ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า/ทรัพยากรของโครงการมีความสอดคล้อง มีความเหมาะสม มีความพร้อมและมีความเพียงพอ ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินทั้ง 3 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1) กิจกรรมของโครงการมีความสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ 2) งบประมาณมีความ เพียงพอในการดำเนินงานโครงการ และ 3) บุคลากรในการดำเนินโครงการ มีความพร้อมและ เพียงพอ ด้านการดำเนินกิจกรรมต่างๆ ในโครงการมีความเหมาะสม ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินทั้ง 2 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1) การดำเนินกิจกรรมเป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนดไว้ 2) สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น ได้อย่างลุล่วง ด้านผลสำเร็จที่เกิดขึ้นจากการดำเนินงานโครงการด้านผลผลิต พบว่า บรรลุตาม วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการทุกข้อ คือ นักเรียนและครูมีความรู้ เห็นคุณค่า และมีการปฏิบัติตนใน การอนุรักษ์พลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมอยู่ในระดับมากและด้านผลลัพธ์ของโครงการ พบว่า ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ ครู นักเรียน และผู้ปกครองนักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อโครงการอยู่ในระดับ มากและมีการลดลงของการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้า น้ำประปา และมีปริมาณขยะลดลงอย่างเห็นได้ชัด This research aims to evaluate the school energy and environmental conservation program at Ratchananthajarn Samsenwittayalai 2 School. It consists of three aspects: 1) the congruence, suitability, readiness, and adequacy of the program's input/resources related to energy and environmental conservation in the school, 2) 2) 2) the appropriateness of the activities within the program, including identifying problems, obstacles, and problem-solving strategies, and 3) 3) 3) the outcomes of the program's implementation in terms of production and results. The research population includes school administrators, teachers in charge of the project, teachers, students, and parents. The data collection tools consist of interviews, questionnaires on energy and environmental conservation awareness, satisfaction with the program, and data recording forms. Data analysis involves frequency, percentage, and content analysis. The evaluation findings indicate that in terms of the program's input/ resources, there is a high level of congruence, suitability, readiness, and adequacy, meeting the evaluation criteria for all three aspects. Regarding the implementation of various activities within the program, they are deemed appropriate, meeting the evaluation criteria for both aspects, namely adherence to the planned activities and effective problem-solving. Regarding the program's outcomes, it is observed that all objectives of the program are achieved, as students and teachers demonstrate knowledge, appreciation, and behavior in energy and environmental conservation at a high level. Additionally, stakeholders, including school administrators, teachers in charge of the program, teachers, students, and parents, express a high level of satisfaction with the program, and there is a noticeable reduction in electricity and water consumption, as well as a decrease in waste generation
