This research aims to 1) Study the behavior of users of the online platform prototype for marine ornamental fish keeping. 2) Explore the needs of marine ornamental fish keepers regarding the online platform prototype. 3) Design and develop an online platform prototype for marine ornamental fish keepers. The research findings indicate that 1) From the sample group of 400 participants, most were male, aged 1825, and primarily students. Their main purpose for keeping marine ornamental fish was educational, but they faced challenges due to insufficient knowledge. Aesthetics was the key factor in their purchasing decisions, and they searched for fish species information one to two times per month. The sample group preferred a mobile application prototype with outline-style icons, sans-serif fonts, and a blue-and-white color scheme. They sought clear, concise language, well-structured summaries, and visually aligned content. Key functional requirements included categorized information for easy navigation, a discussion forum, a simulation feature, video content, and a Thai language option. After designing the application, expert evaluations were conducted for improvements, followed by a technology acceptance test with a sample group of 40 people. The results showed the highest acceptance levels for ease of use (mean 4.99), application usefulness (mean 4.96), and content usefulness (mean 4.99)
