Abstract: การศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการยอมรับมาตรฐานการฟื้นฟูเกษตรอินทรีย์ของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกมะพร้าวน้ำหอมพื้นที่ภาคกลาง ประเทศไทย ปี พ.ศ. 2565 จำนวน 298 ราย โดยการสุ่มได้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 171 ราย รวบรวมข้อมูลใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) เท่ากับ 0.89 ใช้สถิติพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหูคูณ โดยใช้วิธีแบบคัดเลือก ผลการศึกษา พบว่า เกษตรกรส่วนมากเป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 70.80 อายุเฉลี่ย 51.35 ปี ประสบการณ์ปลูกมะพร้าวน้ำหอมเฉลี่ย 20.25 ปี มีรายได้เฉลี่ย 3,256,168.42 บาทต่อปี ต้นทุนเฉลี่ย 1,464,056.89 บาทต่อปี ปริมาณผลผลิต 9,113.68 ผลต่อไร่ต่อปี ภาพรวมการยอมรับมาตรฐานการฟื้นฟูเกษตรอินทรีย์ เกษตรกรยอมรับในระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ย 2.16) ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านการจัดการดินและน้ำ เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่มีการยอมรับในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 2.69) 2) ด้านการเลี้ยงสัตว์ และสวัสดิภาพสัตว์ เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่มีการยอมรับในระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ย 1.97) และ 3) ด้านความเป็นธรรมของเกษตรกร และแรงงาน เกษตรกรมีการยอมรับในระดับปานกลาง (ค่าเฉลี่ย 1.83) และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการยอมรับมาตรฐานการฟื้นฟูเกษตรอินทรีย์มี 6 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ พื้นที่ในการทำการปลูกมะพร้าวน้ำหอม ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 และรายได้เฉลี่ยจากการปลูกมะพร้าวน้ำหอม แรงงานทั้งหมดที่ใช้ในการปลูกมะพร้าวน้ำหอม การเลี้ยงสัตว์ในพื้นที่เดียวกันกับมะพร้าวน้ำหอม ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 The study factors affecting the acceptance of regenerative organic certification of 298 aromatic coconut farmers in the central areas of Thailand in 2022. The sample size was 171 people. The data was collected using interviews. The reliability was 0.89. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and Enter Method of Multiple Regression. The study found that the majority of the farmers (70.80%) were male with an average age of 51.35 years old. The average experience in growing aromatic coconuts was 20.25 years, average income from growing aromatic coconuts was 3,256,168.42 baht per year, and average cost of production was 1,464,056.89 baht per year. The average aromatic coconut production was 9,113.68 fruits per rai per year. Overview of acceptance of regenerative organic certification: farmers accepted at a moderate level (average 2.16) which consisted of 1) soil and water management, most farmers had a high level of acceptance (average 2.69) 2) animal husbandry and animal welfares, most farmers had a moderate level of acceptance (average 1.97) and 3) fairness for farmers and labors, farmers had a moderate level of acceptance (average 1.83). Factors affecting the acceptance of regenerative organic certification included 6 variables namely gender, age, and area in which aromatic coconuts were planted with the statistical significance level of 0.05, average income from aromatic coconuts farming, total labors used in aromatic coconut farming, and raising animals on aromatic coconut farms with the statistical significance level of 0.01
