Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบวัดทุนจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกด้านการเรียนสำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล ประชากรในการวิจัยเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1-4 จำนวน 315 คน วิทยาลัยพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพมหานคร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบวัดทุนจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกด้านการเรียนสำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย การวิเคราะห์ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สำหรับการวิเคราะห์เพื่อตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือ ประกอบด้วย การวิเคราะห์ความตรงตามเนื้อหาด้วยค่าดัชนีความตรง (IOC) การวิเคราะห์อำนาจจำแนกด้วย t-test และ CITC การวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อมั่นด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค และการวิเคราะห์ความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (CFA) ผลพัฒนาและตรวจสอบแบบวัดมีรายละเอียดดังนี้คือ การตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาของพฤติกรรมบ่งชี้และนิยาม พบว่า แบบวัดมีค่าดัชนีความตรง (IOC) มากกว่า 0.50 ขึ้นไปทุกพฤติกรรมบ่งชี้ ผลการวิเคราะห์อำนาจจำแนก พบว่า ข้อคำถามทุกข้อสามารถจำแนกกลุ่มสูง-ต่ำได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อมั่นโดยสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค (Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient) พบว่า มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับอยู่ที่ 0.99 และผลการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างพบว่า ค่าสถิติ RMSEA และ RMR มีค่าน้อยกว่า 0.05 และ GFI AGFI CFI มีค่ามากกว่า 0.90 โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (Chi-square = 674.90, df = 343, P-value = 0.00, RMSEA = 0.04) The purposes of this research were to develop and examine the quality of the positive psychological capital in learning scale of nursing students. The population consisted of 315 first- through fourth-year nursing students at a college of nursing in Bangkok. The research tool was a positive psychological capital in learning scale for nursing students. Data were analyzed using namely the mean, standard deviation, and standard error. While psychometric properties of the positive psychological capital in learning scale of nursing students: content validity, discrimination, reliability, and construct validity were tested, Content validity was analyzed using the index of item objective congruence (IOC). The power of discrimination was analyzed using the t-test and CITC. Reliability was analyzed using Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient. Construct Validity was tested by Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results of this research were as follows: the quality of the positive psychological capital in learning scale of nursing students was good. The index of item objective congruence (IOC) of the questionnaire was greater than 0.50 for all indicating behaviors. The discrimination showed that all questions were able to classify nursing students as having high and low positive psychological capital in learning, with statistical significance at the .05 level. In addition, the reliability of the positive psychological capital in learning scale was 0.99. Moreover, the RMSEA and RMR are less than 0.05, and the GFI, AGFI, and CFI are greater than 0.90. The structure of the positive psychological capital in learning scale of nursing students was valid and fit the empirical data (Chi-square = 674.90, df = 343, P-value = 0.00, RMSEA = 0.04)
