The purposes of this research were to study factors affecting the management of skincare and cosmetics waste among consumers in Bangkok, Thailand. The research methodology was quantitative research with survey method by using questionnaires for data collection. The respondents were 400 participants, who are consumers of skincare and cosmetics residing in Bangkok, Thailand. Descriptive statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Due to hypothesis testing, inferential statistics used were the analysis of multiple linear regression. The research results showed that knowledge, awareness, attitude, and industry incentives have a statistically significant positive effect on the intention to manage waste from skincare and cosmetics at the 0.05 level. Simultaneously, government policies, and perceived facility condition also have a statistically significant positive effect on waste management intention from skincare and cosmetics at the 0.001 level. Additionally, the research results revealedthat consumers still lack knowledge and awareness in certain aspects of waste management. However, consumers generally have a very positive attitude towards waste management. Therefore, effective industry incentives and government policies with wellplanned waste management strategies can further enhance consumers' intentions to manage skincare and cosmetic waste more effectively
