This research aimed to explore factors in concern for outsourcing decisions in Facility Management (FM) services in Thailand. The research objectives aim to identify and compare outsourcing decision factors of FM services in each customer segment. The data was collected using an online questionnaire. The research results showed that Thailand-designated building companies have highly concerned with management, quality, technological, strategic, and economic factors. Due to differences in each business field, factors in concern of outsourcing decisions were also different. The research results recommend FM providers offer the solution supported core business and remote working efficiently with economic and quality factors to the office segment more than department store segments. The strategic factors should be aligned with the department store and hospital segments more than the education segment for surviving after the lockdown period and improving and adapting longterm plans with the Medical Hub policy for the hospital segment. The solution helping customers in terms of management should be emphasized for the hospital segment more than the department store, hotel, and other segments because of the high expectations of patients. Also, the technological factors should be emphasized for the hospital segments more than for the department store and education segments
