Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาพัฒนาการความสามารถในการทำงานเป็นทีมของนักเรียนนายสิบ โดยใช้กรณีศึกษาร่วมกับเทคนิคจิ๊กซอว์ 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนนายสิบ ก่อนและหลังการสอนโดยใช้กรณีศึกษาร่วมกับเทคนิคจิ๊กซอว์ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนนายสิบ ที่มีต่อการสอนโดยใช้กรณีศึกษาร่วมกับเทคนิคจิ๊กซอว์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนนายสิบทหารบก เหล่าทหารช่าง รุ่นที่ 24 ปีงบประมาณ 2564 กองร้อยนักเรียนนายสิบที่ 1 กองพันนักเรียน โรงเรียนทหารช่าง กรมการทหารช่าง จำนวน 47 นาย โดยการรับสมัครด้วยความสมัครใจ (Volunteer Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้กรณีศึกษาร่วมกับเทคนิคจิ๊กซอว์ 2) แบบประเมินความสามารถในการทำงานเป็นทีม 3) แบบทดสอบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และ 4) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย (M) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวแบบวัดซ้ำ (One-way ANOVA with Repeated Measures) และการทดสอบค่าที แบบ dependent (t-test dependent) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. พัฒนาการความสามารถในการทำงานเป็นทีมของนักเรียนนายสิบ โดยใช้กรณีศึกษาร่วมกับเทคนิคจิ๊กซอว์เพิ่มสูงขึ้น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนนายสิบ เรื่องแบบขยายส่วนประกอบอาคาร หลังการสอนโดยใช้กรณีศึกษาร่วมกับเทคนิคจิ๊กซอว์ สูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนนายสิบที่มีต่อการสอนโดยใช้กรณีศึกษาร่วมกับเทคนิคจิ๊กซอว์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract: The purposes of this research: 1) To enhance the skill of teamwork by learning case study and jigsaw technique 2) To compare the achievement of the student between before and after of learning by case study and jigsaw technique. 3) To study the satisfaction of the students learning by case study and jigsaw technique. The experimental group of 47 students of non-commissioned officer student: engineer corps in the student's battalion. The instruments used in research include lesson plans using case study and jigsaw technique, teamwork skill assessment, achievement tests, and satisfaction survey of students towards learning. The data were statistically analyzed using one-way ANOVA with repeated measures, mean, standard deviation, and dependent t-test analysis. The results were as follows: 1. The ability to work as a group of students teaching with case studies and the jigsaw technique has increased with statistical confidence at .05 level. 2. The academic achievement of students who studied about construction drawing after teaching with case studies and jigsaw technique significantly increased with statistical confidence at .05 level. 3. The satisfaction of students who are taught with case studies and Jigsaw Technique was at the highest level.
