Abstract:
The quantitative results revealed that niche-oriented marketing innovation and service diversity were the most significant factors influencing repeat usage among teenage passengers, with high coefficient weights. In addition, customer satisfaction derived from employee service quality and the adoption of advanced technologies significantly contributed to brand loyalty and repeat usage intentions. The qualitative findings further highlighted the importance of enhancing service technologies, such as mobile check-in and automated systems, to improve convenience and efficiency. Moreover, the implementation of integrated marketing communications and personalized promotional strategies was found to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen brand loyalty. These findings can be synthesized into seven development guidelines: 1) Developing technology to enhance service convenience; 2) Designing targeted promotions; 3) Using data insights to analyze passenger behavior; 4) Upgrading the quality of employee service; 5) Utilizing integrated marketing communications; 6) Increasing service diversity; and 7) Creating a positive passenger experience to encourage repeat usage.
In conclusion, developing marketing innovations that align with the needs of teenage passengers, together with the application of technology and the presentation of personalized programs, represents a key factor in strengthening brand loyalty and repeat usage among passengers of low-cost airlines.
