Abstract:
The objectives of the study were to examine the environmental impacts from administrative actions of Local Government: A case study of Loy Krathong festival. The study was qualitative research based on document research and In-Depth Interview from key information. The results of this study were the local administrative had responsible for maintaining arts, traditions, and local wisdom. and the good culture of the locality. At the same time, it also has a duty to conserve, maintain, restore, and manage the use of natural resources by any government action or permission to operate. Therefore, if the operation or permitting activities were harmful to the environment, people or communities are considered unlawful acts. As a result, injured persons have the right to receive compensation from the state in case of damage from the spread of pollution or pollution caused by any business or project initiated, supported, or operated by a government agency. This means include the state enterprises, public organizations, local government organizations and other government agencies that are also established by law.
