Abstract:
This study describes the synthesis of a single-input three-output (SITO) universal filter and a sinusoidal quadrature oscillator employing only a single voltage differencing gain amplifier (VDGA). The proposed circuit can function either as a SITO universal filter or a quadrature oscillator (QO) using the same circuit structure. Both realized circuits can produce voltage and current output signals simultaneously. The dual-mode SITO filter can synthesize the main principal filter types (i.e., low-pass, band-pass, and high-pass) without altering the circuit structure. In contrast, the proposed sinusoidal quadrature oscillator can produce two sinusoidal waveforms with a 90° phase shift. Additionally, all proposed circuits provide the advantageous property of independent control of significant parameters
