Abstract:
This research aimed to: 1) analyze conditions of preschool institutional administration, applying high scope learning concepts, and; 2) create and develop an administrative model through high scope concept for preschool institutions for school executives by providing information and recommendations. EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Future Research) was applied in the study. 10 expert representatives were interviewed. Content was analyzed and synthesized to create 5 rating-scale questionnaire. 20 experts were requested to provide information twice, followed by a 30 expert focus group to develop a model. A participatory seminar was conducted for confirming, giving suggestions, and improving the information gathered. Descriptive statistics (median, mode, and interquartile range) were utilized.
The results revealed that preschool institutional administration model : edcuational provision innovation by high scope learning concepts consisted of 1) systematic administration with 6 sub-components; 2) personnel administration with 6 sub-components; 3) environment management with 16 sub-components; 4) safety measures with 5 sub-components; and 5) networking and participation with 4 sub-components.
