SERVICE QUALITY AFFECTING THE CONTINUANCE INTENTION OF NATIONAL TELECOM PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANYS BROADBAND INTERNET USERS IN NAKHON RATCHASIMA PROVINCE
Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study the effect of service quality on the continuance intention of National Telecom Public Limited companys broadband Internet users in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The sample comprises of 385 participants who used broadband Internet of National Telecom Public Company Limited in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The statistical analyses applied in this study consists of frequency, mean, percentage, and standard deviation. Inferential statistics were used to test hypotheses using multiple regression analysis. The results of the research showed that service quality in the dimension of empathy, assurance, and tangibles statistically affects the continuance
intention to use broadband internet at 0.01 significant levels while responsiveness affects the continuance intention to use broadband internet at 0.05 significant levels. However, reliability does not affect the continuance intention to use broadband internet. All independent variables are able to predict the continuance intention of National Telecom Public Limited companys broadband internet users by 55.30%
