Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the level of the Administrative Factors Of School Affecting Learning Organization Of the School Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) the level of the Learning Organization Of the School Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 3) the relationship between the Administrative Factors Of School Affecting Learning Organization Of the School Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The samples consisted of the 269 administrators, teachers and educational staffs under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Selected by using finished table (programmed table) of Krejcie and Morgan to find the Stratified Random Sampling. The tools used in this research are 5 level of questionnaire, the index of congruence between 0.67-1.00, and the reliability value was 0.946, the statistic of data analysis consists of percentage, average (mean), standard deviation, Pearson's coefficient analysis and the analysis step by step of multiple regression to design the predicted equation. The result of research finds that 1) the Administrative Factors of School Affecting Learning Organization of the School Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at the high level as a whole. 2) the level of the Learning Organization of the School Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at the high level as a whole. 3) the positive relationship between the Administrative Factors Of School Affecting Learning Organization Of the School was statistically significant at the .01 level total 2 factors were able to predict the learning organization were a factor of Organizational structural and a factor of Organizational atmosphere and culture. This was able to predict the success at 84.80%.
