Abstract:
The research on "Quality of life, happiness work life balance in 21 century of support personnel, University in Eastern Region has the objectives as follows
1. to study the quality of life, happiness work life balance in 21st Century of Support personnel, University in Eastern Region 2. to compare opinions on the quality of life, happiness work life balance in 21st Century of Support personnel, University in Eastern Region 3. to study the problems and obstacles. The population used in this research is the academic support staff, university in the eastern region. Sample of this research, consisting of 400 personnel using convenient sampling methods. The research instruments were questionnaires and interview forms. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, arithmetic. standard deviation, T tests for two independent populations, Analysis of variance and comparison of pairs by Sheffe.
The study indicated that the majority of the sample were women aged 31-40 years, with marital status, Bachelor's degree / equivalent, with an income of 30,001-40,000 baht per month, with a working period of 9 years or more
The quality of life, happiness, work life balance in 21st Century of Support personnel, University in Eastern Region of support personnel were at the high level. When considered in each aspect it was found that all aspects have a high level of quality of life. The economy has the highest scores, followed by adjustment, social and work respectively.
Opinions about the quality of life, happiness, work life balance in 21st Century of Support personnel, University in Eastern Region is different when classified when classified by status, level of education and income, but there was no difference when classified by gender, age and working period.
