This study used a mixed-methods approach, collecting data through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews with employees at Country Garden Property management Companies. The quantitative sample of 385 was selected via stratified sampling to ensure representation of all employee groups. Sixteen key informants, chosen for their HR and technology expertise, participated in the qualitative research. Quantitative data analysis included descriptive statics, reliability, validity, correlation, and regression analyses, while qualitative data was examined using thematic analysis to explore HR efficiency, technological innovations, and actionable insights for improving property management efficiency. The research results showed that: 1) technological innovations significantly improved HR efficiency in property management companies. High timeliness, efficient workload distribution, and reduced redundancy led to better resource utilization and cost control. Positive correlations between operational efficiency, employee satisfaction, compliance, and engagement indicated mutual reinforcement among these factors. Regression analysis confirmed that digital recruitment, telework, and data analytics enhanced cost efficiency, highlighting the crucial role of technology in optimizing HR practices and fostering organizational innovation, and 2) initiatives in property management companies leverage technology to boost HR efficiency by adopting digital tools and systems such as HRMS. These systems automate key processes, including recruitment, training, and performance management, reducing manual work and improving data accuracy. Additionally, the integration of loT and big data technology enables remote monitoring and better decision- making through advanced workforce analytics. These initiatives help streamline operations, cut costs, and enhance service quality, giving companies a competitive edge.
