Abstract:
This study aimed to 1) examine level of participatory administration of administrators on network partners under the Narathiwat Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement, 2) compare level of participatory administration of administrators on network partners under the Narathiwat Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement, classified by gender, educational level, and work experience, and 3) compile recommendations for participatory administration of administrators on network partners under the Narathiwat Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement. The population in this research was 286 teachers under the Narathiwat Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement. A sample group of 165 teachers was selected using the table of Krejcie and Morgan. Data collection tools included questionnaires, and data analysis was performed using statistical software package to calculate mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-Test, and F-Test.
The findings of the independent study revealed that:
1. The level of the participatory administration of administrators on network partners under the Narathiwat Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement was overall at a high level.
2. The comparative result of the participatory administration of administrators on network partners under the Narathiwat Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement, classified by education level and work experience showed no significant differences overall. When considering the variable of gender, statistically significant differences were found in perceptions of the participatory administration of administrators on network partners at significance level of .05.
3. Suggestions for the participatory administration of administrators on network partners under the Narathiwat Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement included administrators should provide opportunities for exchanging teachers opinions on activities, setting objectives for operation, promoting teacher involvement in activities, praising and acknowledging teachers when contributing to successful outcomes, and involving teachers in post-activity follow-up and evaluation.
