Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะการเตรียมความพร้อมของกลุ่มคนทำงานเพื่อเข้าสู่สังคมสูงวัยที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากโควิด 19 ในเทศบาลตำบลเกาะแก้วและเทศบาลตำบลท่าม่วง อำเภอเสลภูมิ จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด 2) ศึกษาการวางแผนการทำงานก่อนและหลังได้รับผลกระทบจากโควิด 19 เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 23 คน เครื่องมือที่ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีการพรรณนาและการตีความ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) คุณลักษณะของกลุ่มคนทำงานที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากโควิด 19 ในเทศบาลตำบลเกาะแก้วและเทศบาลตำบลท่าม่วง อำเภอเสลภูมิ จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ประกอบด้วย เกษตรกรรม ผู้ใช้แรงงาน รับเหมาก่อสร้าง นายหน้าขายที่ดิน นวดแผนโบราณ พนักงานขับแกร็บ พนักงานโรงงาน อาชีพขับรถส่งของ 2) การวางแผนการทำงานก่อนได้รับผลกระทบจากโควิด 19 ประกอบด้วย ตั้งใจจะทำงานของตน ไม่มีแผนจะเปลี่ยนงาน 3) การวางแผนการทำงานหลังได้รับผลกระทบจากโควิด 19 ประกอบด้วย ต้องการพัฒนาทักษะด้านการทำเกษตรกรรม และต้องการกลับไปทำงานเดิมก่อนได้รับผลกระทบจากโควิด 19

Abstract: This research aimed: 1) to study preparation of working age group to enter an aging society affected by COVID-19 in Koh Kaew Subdistrict Municipality and Tha Muang Subdistrict Municipality, Selaphum District, Roi Et Province; and 2) to investigate work planning before and after the effected of COVID-19. Qualitative research was employed. The key informants were selected by purposive sampling total 23 people. The research instrument was an in-depth interview form. The data were analyzed by using descriptive and interpretative methods. The research results were: 1) characteristics of working groups affected by COVID-19 in Koh Kaeo Sub-district Municipality and Tha Muang Sub-district Municipality, Selaphum District, Roi Et Province, consisting of farmer, laborer, construction contractor, land broker, traditional massage, grab driver, factory worker, delivery driver career; 2) work planning before being affected by COVID-19 includes intend to do their job, no plans to change jobs; and 3) work planning after the impact of COVID-19 includes (1) need to develop skills in farming (2) need to go back to work before being affected by COVID-19 Keywords: Preparation, Pre- aging, Migration
