Abstract:
This research aimed 1) to study the level of creative leadership of school administrators under the Narathiwat Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement, 2) to compare the creative leadership of school administrators under the Narathiwat Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement classified by gender, age, education level and work experience, and 3) to compile recommendations of creative leadership of school administrators under the Narathiwat Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement. The sample group in this research was 162 school administrators and teachers under the Narathiwat Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement, in academic year 2023. The research tool was a three-part questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and f-test. When the differences were found, Scheffes method was applied.
The independent research found that:
1. Creative leadership of school administrators under the Narathiwat Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement was found overall at a high level.
2. Comparative results of creative leadership of school administrators under the Narathiwat Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement classified by gender, age, education level, and work experience showed that overall and each aspect were different without statistical significance.
3. Suggestions on creative leadership of school administrators under the Narathiwat Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement hould clearly set a vision aligning with the policy and local context. Understanding individual differences and providing opportunities for subordinates to work in their areas of expertise appropriately to yield quality results. There should be processes for dealing with problems in which school administrators and teachers cooperate in solving problems and helping to resolve problems arising from conflicts in the school effectively.
