Abstract:
This article is a design and development of automatic fruit syrup mixing machine. It helps to mix fruit syrup to the same standard in every glass. It can control of the amount of fruit syrup and the mixture ratio as needed. This machine is clean and hygienic without having to worry about adulterated. Due to the mixing of the syrup, the fruit is placed in a system with an insect cover. It can be worked by receiving the order from the keypad via the user. It can show the work status via LCD display and indicator light for notification. The system can support fruit syrup up to 7 bottles. The automatic fruit syrup mixer consists of 3 subsystems: glass pulling system, slide rail system, and liquid suction systems. It can be ordered from 3 levels of sweetness: High, Normal and Low. The machine will take an average of 35.80, 30.94 and 27.49 seconds/glass, respectively. In addition, there is a data recording system for ordering water, fruit syrup and amount into the internal memory. It can be used for calculating the balance and analyzing daily data
