Abstract:
This study aimed to 1) study the level of the student care and support
system administration by school administrators under the Narathiwat Primary
Educational Service Area Office 3, 2) compare the student care and support system
administration by school administrators under the Narathiwat Primary Educational
Service Area Office 3, classified by gender, education level, and school size, and 3)
compile recommendations on the student care and support system administration by
school administrators under the Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3.
The sample group involved 295 teachers and administrators under the Narathiwat
Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in the academic year of 2023. The statistics
used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, ttest,
and F-test. When the differences were found, Scheffes method was used for
testing.
The results showed that:
1. The student care and support system administration by school administrators
under the Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was overall at a high
level.
2. The comparative results of the student care and support system administration
by school administrators under the Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area
Office 3, classified by gender, education level, and school size was found overall no
difference.
3. Recommendations:
1) Recognition of individual students aspect: the administrators should
ensure teachers to have knowledge and understanding of the individual students
information process.
2) Students screening aspect: the administrators should systematically
have collaborative plan with teachers for students screening aspect.
3) Promotion and development aspect: the administrators should have
collaborative plan with teachers for students promotion and development aspect.
4) Prevention and resolution aspect: the administrators should assign
teachers to develop supervision skills.
5) Students transfer aspect: the administrators should ask the parents
consent in transferring the students to other related units or special experts.
