Abstract:
The objectives of this study were 1) to study the level of conflict management of school administrators under Pattani Provincial Office of the Non-formal and informal Education. 2) to compare the level of conflict management of school administrators under Pattani Provincial Office of the Non-formal and informal Education classified by gender, position, work experience, and school size. 3) to process problems and suggestions on conflict management of school administrators under Pattani Provincial Office of the Non-formal and informal Education. The population used was 433 teachers in Pattani Provincial Office of the Non-formal and informal Education and 202 sample group. The sample size was also determined using sample size of Krejcie and Morgan. The tool was a questionnaire. Data analyzed by using package software and statistics were mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.
Independent study found that
1. Conflict management of school administrators under Pattani Provincial Office of the Non-formal and informal Education were high level overall.
2. Comparative results of conflict management of school administrators under Pattani Provincial Office of the Non-formal and informal Education, classified by gender was significant differences at .05 level. However, there were no differences by position, work experience and school size.
3. Recommendations for conflict management of school administrators under Pattani Provincial Office of the Non-formal and informal Education were the school administrators should to show behavior aimed at winning by making their own decisions, also should explain the problem to others, so that they can work together to help each other in solving the problem and able to allow participants to follow their own opinions to the potential
