VIRTUES OF THE KING IN EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SCHOOLS UNDER CLUSTER 1 OF THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE NAKHON SI THAMMARAT
Abstract:
The objectives of the thesis are 1) to study the Dharma of school
administrators, 2) to study the effectiveness of educational institutions affiliated to the
Secondary Education Regional Office, 3) to study the relationship between the
Dasapitrajadhamma of educational institution administrators and the effectiveness of
educational institutions, and 4) to study the variables of Dasapitrajadhamma used in
forecasting the effectiveness of educational institutions. The sample group is teachers
of schools in the Inter-Campus Group 1 affiliated to the Nakhon Si Thammarat
Secondary Education Area Office. The tool is a questionnaire, and the statistics used
to analyze the data include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation.
Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that:
1. The Decade of Justice of Educational Institution Administrators under the
Secondary Education Area Office Inter-Campus Group 1 in Nakhon Si Thammarat
Province There are very high averages in all aspects, in order of highest to lowest
averages, namely Khanti, Akgotha, Avirodhana, Taba, Sila, Ashava, Avihinsa, Mattava,
Dana, and Parijaga.
2. Effectiveness level of educational institutions, affiliated to the Secondary
Education Area Office Group Inter-Campus 1 in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province The
overall average is at a very high level in all aspects. Sorted from highest to lowest
average Positive attitude of students Solving problems within educational institutions
Modification and development of educational institutions and student achievement.
3. The Relationship between the Discipline of Educational Administrators and
the Effectiveness of Educational Institutions, Affiliated to the Regional Office of
Secondary Education. The 1st Inter-Campus Group in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province
has a relatively high positive correlation overall. statistically significant at the level of
.001.
4. Predictive Variables of the Relationship between the Decade and the
Effectiveness of Educational Institutions, Affiliated to the Secondary Education Area
Office Inter-Campus Group 1 in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province It was found that the
4 best predictive variables, namely Avirodhana, Sila, Khanti, and Matava, predicted the
effectiveness of educational institutions by 73 percent, and could create a regression
equation in the form of raw scores and standard scores as follows:
