The population for this study consists of individuals aged 18-59 years, both male and female, residing in Chonburi province, who have made decisions to buy second-hand clothing online through live streaming activities after COVID, and have previously purchased second-hand clothing via live streaming activities, totaling 415 people. The research instrument used for data collection is a quantitative survey, consisting of both closed-ended questions (with predefined answers) and one open-ended question, allowing respondents to freely express their opinions. This survey is designed to study the factors influencing the decision to purchase online clothing in the post-COVID era in Chonburi.
The findings of the research reveal that the majority of respondents are female, aged 20-30, with a bachelor's degree, working as students, and have an average monthly income of less than 15,000 Baht. They reside in Chonburi province, use online media for an average of 9-12 hours per day, with a maximum session duration of 16-30 minutes per session, most frequently between 18:01-21:00. The majority (412 people) have purchased clothing online via the Facebook
application, with each purchase being less than 500 Baht. The study of the online marketing mix elements shows a significant relationship with the decision to purchase second-hand clothing through live streaming activities post-COVID in Chonburi. The overall opinion was high to moderate across all six areas: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Privacy, and Personalization, which all contribute to the decision to purchase second-hand clothing through live streaming
activities. Furthermore, the study found that personal factors such as age, education level, occupation, income, and place of residence significantly influenced the decision to purchase second-hand clothing via live streaming, with a statistical significance at the 0.05 level. Only gender was not a significant factor in influencing the online marketing mix relationship with the decision to purchase second-hand clothing through live streaming activities. These personal
factors, such as age, occupation, income, and residence, align with demographic concepts and influence market analysis and consumer behavior.
