Abstract:
The objective of this research is to study the influence of quality of work-life on happiness at work after the COVID-19 outbreak of employees in the automotive parts manufacturing industry, Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate. The study the influence of quality of work-life on work-life balance after the COVID-19 outbreak of employees in the automotive parts manufacturing industry, Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate. Ther study the influence of happiness at work on work-life balance after the COVID-19 outbreak of employees in the automotive parts manufacturing industry, Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate.
And determine the mediating effect of quality of work life on work-life balance between happiness at work after the COVID-19 outbreak of employees in the automotive parts manufacturing industry, Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate.The sample for this study includes 387 employees from automotive parts
manufacturing companies in Amata City Industrial Estate, Chonburi. After collecting 387 completed questionnaires, various statistical methods were used for data analysis, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis.The findings indicate
that: (1) the quality of life for employees in the automotive parts industry is significantly related to happiness at work after the COVID-19 pandemic, with an overall high level of significance at the 0.01 level; (2) the quality of life is also significantly related to work-life balance after the pandemic, with an overall moderate level of significance at the 0.01 level; (3) work-life balance is significantly related to happiness at work after the pandemic, with an overall high level of significance; and (4) work-life balance acts as a mediating factor affecting the relationship between quality of life and happiness at work after the pandemic, with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
