THE CREATIVE LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES OF ADMINISTRATORS AND THEIR IMPACT ON ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT: A CASE STUDY OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION COMMISSION, NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE
Abstract:
The purposes of this thesis were to study: 1) To study the creative leadership
of administrators in educational institutions under the Office of the Vocational
Education Commission in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. 2) To study the academic
management of educational institutions under the Office of the Vocational Education
Commission in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. 3) To study the relationship between
the creative leadership of administrators and the academic management of
educational institutions under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission in
Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. 4) To study the predictive variables of the creative
leadership of administrators that affect the academic operations of administrators in
educational institutions under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission in
Nakhon Si Thammarat Province for the academic year 2024, was 260 people. The
instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. Data was analyzed by percentage,
means, standard, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression
analysis.
The results of research were found that:
1. The creative leadership of administrators in educational institutions under
the Office of the Vocational Education Commission in Nakhon Si Thammarat.
Considering each aspect ordered from the highest to the least, it was found that the
two highest averages are in the areas of having a vision and teamwork. Following these
are flexibility and adaptability, while the area with the lowest average is creativity.
2. Academic administration of educational institutions under the Office of the
Vocational Education Commission, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, that the total level
was at a much level. The areas with the highest average value are 2 areas: measurement and evaluation and quality assurance, followed by the curriculum and
curriculum management, and the area with the lowest average value is internal
supervision, respectively.
3. The relationship between the creative leadership of executives and the
management of academic affairs in educational institutions under the Office of the
Vocational Education Commission in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province is overall
positively correlated at a significant level, there was a statistically significant at .01.
4. Predictive variables of the relationship between the creative leadership of
educational administrators that affect academic management in educational
institutions under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, Nakhon Si
Thammarat Province, were found to have the best predictive variables in 5 areas:
vision, individuality, flexibility and adaptability, creativity, and teamwork. These
variables predicted academic management with an accuracy of 82.00%. A regression
