The Relationship between leadership of school administrators and teacher's work motivation under the Pathumthani primary educational service area office 2
Abstract:
The purposes of this study were: 1) to examine the leadership of school administrators under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) to examine teacher's work motivation in the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and 3) to study the relationship between the leadership of school administrators and teacher's work motivation under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample was 320 teachers under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, sample size using Krejcie and Morgan table by was stratified random sampling. The tool for collecting data was questionnaires. the statistic used in analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient.
The results of this study indicated that:
1. The overall of the leadership of school administrators under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level.
2. The overall of the teacher's work motivation under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level.
3. The relationship between the leadership of school administrators and teacher's work motivation under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was positively in the low level with the statistically significant at .05 level.
