ADMINISTRATIVE FACTORS BASED ON THE FOUR PRINCIPLES OF BRAHMAVIHARA AFFECTING SCHOOL EFFECTIVENESS UNDER YASOTHON PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SEVICE AREA OFFICE 2
Abstract:
The objective of this research was to study administrative factors based on the four
principles of brahmavihara affecting school effectiveness under yasothon primary educational
service area office 2. The sample group consisted of 304 school administrators and teachers in
the 2024 academic year, selected using a multi-stage random sampling technique. The research
instruments were five-point Likert scale questionnaires. The questionnaire on administrative
factors had a content validity range of 0.60-1.00, discrimination index between 0.21-0.93, and
reliability coefficient of 0.96. The questionnaire an school effectiveness had a content validity
range of 0.80-1.00, discrimination index between 0.24-0,81, and reliability coefficient of 0.94.
The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation,
Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research findings revealed that
1. Administrative factors based on the four principles of brahmavihara under yasothon primary educational service area office 2 consist of five factors, 1) organizational structure, 2) organizational climate and culture, 3) personnel, development, 4) information technology, and 5) leadership.
2. Administrative factors based on the four principles of brahmavihara under yasothon primary educational service area office 2 were at a high level.
3. Affecting school effectiveness under yasothon primary educational service area office 2 was at a high level
4. Administrative factors based on the four principles of brahmavihara and affecting school effectiveness under yasothon primary educational service area office 2 was a statistically significant positive correlation at the .01 level
5. Administrative factors based on the four principles of brahmavihara, leadership (X), personnel development (X), information technology (X2), organizational structure (X), and organizational climate and culture (X), could significantly predict school effectiveness (Y) under yasothon primary educational service area office 2 at the .05 level, with a predictive power of 82.10 percent.

The development guidelines for administrative factors based on the four principles of brahmavihara affecting school effectiveness under yasothon primary educational service area office 2 consist of five aspects, 1) organizational structure, 2) organizational climate and culture, 3) personnel development, 4) information technology, and 5) leadership.
