Abstract:
This study aims to examine the levels of perception regarding organizational culture, organizational commitment, and the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment among employees
of an insurance company. This quantitative research employed a survey method, collecting data from a sample of 254 employees through structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive
statistics, including percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis via the Enter method.
The findings indicate that 1) employees' overall perception of organizational culture was at a high level, 2) employees' overall organizational commitment was also at a high level, and 3) the organizational cultures that significantly influenced organizational commitment were the kinship-oriented culture and the achievement-oriented culture. These factors exhibited a statistically significant positive influence at the 0.01 level, underscoring the pivotal role of organizational culture in strengthening employee commitment. Based
on the findings, organizations should implement structured mechanisms, such as joint committees and employee surveys, to foster employee participation in decision-making processes. Furthermore,
organizations should develop training programs to enhance communication skills and adjust compensation systems to align with employee efforts and performance, thereby fostering motivation and reinforcing organizational commitment.
