Abstract:
The objective of this research was to investigate the level of opinions about organizational management, quality of work life, organizational commitment, and work performance among the New Normal Era of Thailand Post employees in Pranakhon Si Ayutthaya province and the factors affecting the work performance of the New Normal Era of Thailand Post employees in Pranakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The sample was 289 of Thailand Posts employees in Pranakhon Si Ayutthaya province. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The major findings indicated that the level of opinion about organizational management, quality of work life, organizational commitment, and work performance among Thailand Post employees in Pranakhon Si Ayutthaya province was high. The results of the hypothesis testing revealed that four organizational management factors, namely, planning, organizing, leading, and controlling; four quality of work life factors, namely, adequate
and fair compensation, safe and healthy working conditions, the opportunity for continued growth and security, and work and total living space; and two organizational commitment factors, namely, continuance commitment and normative commitment, affected the work performed in the New Normal Era of Thailand Post employee in Pranakhon Si Ayutthaya province with a statistical significance level of 0.05.
