Abstract:
This research aims to study 1) the level of transformational leadership of school administrators, 2) The level of teachers' performance motivation, 3) The relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators' and teachers' performance motivation, and 4) The transformational leadership of school administrators affecting teachers' performance motivation. The sample group used in the research consisted of 300 administrators and teachers under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office in the academic year 2022. The sample size was determined by using the formula for calculating sample size according to Yamane's calculation principle by stratified random sampling. The tool used in the research was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, analyze the relationship Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The results revealed that: 1) Transformational Leadership of School Administrators was at a high level in every aspect. 2) Teachers' performance motivation was at a high level in every aspect. 3) The correlation coefficient between transformational leadership of school administrators and teachers' performance motivation had relationship at the .01 level significance. The values ranged from 0.385-0.538. 4) There were 3 good predictors of transformational leadership of school administrators, ranked in order of importance as follows: ideological influence (X,), intellectual stimulation (X3), and consideration. individuality (X2), which three good predictive variables and the teacher performance motivation at the .01 level by a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.566, indicating that this set of predictive variables together can predicted teachers' performance motivation at 31.30 percent
