Relationship between the leadership of school administrators and student support system operation under the Chachoengsao primary educational service area office 2
Abstract:
The objectives of this study were 1) to study the leadership school of administrators under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) to study the operation of the student support system operation in schools under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 3) to study the relationship between the leadership of school administrators and the student support system operation under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group was 323 teachers, determination used in sample size calculator of Yamane by stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis were mean, standard deviation and Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient.
The results of the research were as follows: 1) Leadership of administrators under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, in overall was at a high level. 2) Operation of the student support system under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, in overall was at a high level. 3) The relationship between the leadership of school administrators under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, in overall, found that the leadership of administrators (X) had a positive relationship with the operation of the student support system (Y) under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, was at a high level (rxy = .858) with a statistically significance at the .01 level. In descending order of correlation, they were task-oriented leadership (X1), transformational leadership (X4), participatory leadership (X3), relationship- oriented leadership (X2), and academic leadership (X5).
