Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing the work performance of employees at Enrich Frozen Co., Ltd., a company engaged in the transportation of frozen products and logistics. The organization has adopted modern technologies such as the Transportation Management System (TMS) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance operational efficiency. Nevertheless, employee performance remains a critical determinant of organizational success. This research employed a quantitative methodology, collecting data from 97 employees through a structured questionnaire focusing on hygiene factors and motivational factors in the workplace. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, and mean, as well as multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that hygiene factorssuch as management policies, job security, welfare, and working environmentsignificantly influence employees work performance. Similarly, motivational factorssuch as achievement, recognition from supervisors, and peer acceptancewere found to positively affect employees job satisfaction and commitment, which are strongly correlated with overall work performance. At a statistically significant level, the study also identified that task quality, workload, time management, along with job position and monthly income, are variables that significantly impact employee performance.
