Abstract:
This article emphasizes the importance of applying technology in school administration in the digital era, which enhances efficiency in various areas such as academic management, budget management, human resource management, and general administration. Technology helps reduce redundancy, increase speed and accuracy, and supports teaching and learning through digital platforms such as LMS and Hybrid learning, which cater to students' specific needs. Information technology also aids in managing budgets, planning human resources, and tracking learning outcomes using digital tools such as ERP, GFMIS, HRM, and Big Data, enabling more accurate and timely decision-making. The use of these technologies not only helps administrators make data-driven decisions but also fosters change leadership, which is essential for developing flexible educational institutions capable of adapting in the digital age. Therefore, educational leaders need to have a modern vision and skills to utilize technology to address educational challenges. This study analyzes qualitative data from research and international case studies, demonstrating the effective use of technology in education. It focuses on the application of technology that aligns with the specific environment of each educational institution, enabling them to effectively respond to challenges in the digital era.
