Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: 1) To study the academic administration of schools in Pong Nam Ron District 2) To study the effectiveness of schools in Pong Nam Ron District 3) To study the relationship between academic administration and school effectiveness. and 4) To study the academic administration effecting the effectiveness of schools in Pong Nam Ron District under the Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group was 177 school administrators, teachers and educational personnel under the Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, academic year 2022 by stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. Tools used in this research as a questionnaire. Statistics used in the research were Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research findings were as follows: 1) Academic administration of school in Pong Nam Ron District in overall were at a high level. 2) The effectiveness of schools in Pong Nam Ron District in overall were at a high level. 3) Academic administration was a positive relationship at a high level (rxy=.726) and school effectiveness in Pong Nam Ron District at .01 level of significance. 4) Good predictive variables of school effectiveness in Pong Nam Ron District under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2, as follows: research for educational quality development (X5), curriculum administration and development (X1), and innovation media and technology development (X7) at .01 level of significance, where all 3 factors were jointly predicting the effectiveness of schools at 59.70 percent.
