THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CHARACTERISTICS OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND LEARNER QUALITY IN MUANG KET BASIC EDUCATIONAL QUALITY DEVELOPMENT NETWORKS CENTER 8 UNDER ROI ET PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the Characteristics of School Administrators in Muang Ket Basic Educational Quality Development Networks Center 8 under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. 2) to study Learner quality in Muang Ket Basic Educational Quality Development Networks Center 8 under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 3) to study the relationship between Characteristics of School Administrators and Learner quality in Muang Ket Basic Educational Quality Development Networks Center 8 under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. 3) to find the relationship between the characteristics of school administrators and learner quality in Muang Ket Basic Educational Quality Development Networks Center 8 under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group was 174 teachers in Muang Ket Basic Educational Quality Development Networks Center 8. The instrument used was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire with a reliability between 0.67 1.00 and a reliability of 952. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient
The results found that:
1. Characteristics of school administrators in Muang Ket Basic Education Quality Development Network Center No. 8 under the Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, overall is at a high level Arranged from highest to lowest average were Having morality and ethics, Having leadership with vision, Organizational and community relations, Academic work, administrative self-development, and management, respectively.
2. Quality of learners in Muang Ket Basic Education Quality Development Network Center No. 8 under the Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, overall and in each area. Overall it is at a high level, arranged from highest to lowest average were Having the skills to seek knowledge, Having the necessary basic knowledge and skills according to the curriculum, Having the ability to think systematically, Having morality, ethics and desirable values, Having work skills and having knowledge seeking skills, respectively.
3. The relationship between the characteristics of School administrators and learner in Muang Ket Basic Educational Quality Development Networks Center 8 under Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Overall, there was a positive relationship (r = 0.975) with statistical significance at the .01 level, which was consistent with the hypothesis.
