Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the school administration using information systems in Ratchavipha school consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, classified by gender, level of education, and work experience. The sample group was 285 teachers, according to Krejcie; & Morgan's table and stratified random sampling. The tool was a 5-scale rating questionnaire with content validity between 0.8-1 and a reliability of 0.89. Statistics used in analyzing the data included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe's test.
The results revealed that:
1. The overall, school administration using information systems was at a high level. Considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level, as follows: academic administration, budget administration, general administration and personnel administration, respectively.
2. Comparison of school administration using information systems classified by gender found that in overall was not significant different, classified by level of education found statistically significant different at the .01 level, classified by work experience found that in overall and experience in work lower than 10 years, 10-15 years, and more than 15 years were significant difference at the .05 level. When comparing each pair, it was found that the general administration, the difference between less than 10 years and 10 -15 years and 10-15 years and more than 15 years was statistically significant different at the .05 level. Other couples were not different. Academic administration, budget management, and personnel management were statistically significant different at the .05 level.
