Abstract:
The objectives of this thesis are 1) to study process of learning management, 2) to explore Buddhist principles related to learning management, 3) to integrate learning management of higher education students for learning outcomes, and 4) to propose the knowledge on "Learning Management Models of Higher Education Students for Learning Outcomes with Integrated Buddhism" The research method used is qualitative research, including fieldwork. The Doctor of Philosophy Program in Design Arts, Faculty of Decorative Arts, Silpakorn University is used as a case study
A descriptive report from content-based data analysis and an inductive summary of 25 participants are presented with field sampling data. The results of study indicate that the program aims to create quality people with knowledge and competence, focusing on learning outcomes (OBE) according to the four main points under higher education qualification standards: knowledge, skills, ethics, and character. The teaching and learning process emphasizes practice-based research and active learning management, allowing learners to learn on their own. Technology also plays a role in information retrieval. Results of organized learning exchanges inside and outside the classroom and practiced team building are evaluated periodically by applying the concept of The Revised Bloom Taxonomy (Lorin Anderson & David Krathwohl, 2001) in order to design teaching methods. This model aims to achieve learning outcomes by integrating Buddhism, expanding understanding knowledge with the Discrimination 4: Wisdom - W, skills through self-training to be expertise with the Seven foregoing sign: Origination - O, ethics
