Abstract:
This research aims 1) the satisfaction level with current welfare benefits among operational staff at Hakiki Limited Partnership (Thailand), 2) the level of organizational commitment among operational staff at Hakiki Limited Partnership (Thailand), and 3) the influence of welfare satisfaction on organizational commitment among operational staff at Hakiki Limited Partnership (Thailand). The sample group in this research consisted of 199 operational employees from a food processing factory. Questionnaires were used as the research instrument for data collection. Statistical methods employed for data analysis included percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, and hypothesis testing using Multiple Regression Analysis.
The research findings revealed that: 1) the overall opinion level regarding welfare satisfaction factors was high, 2) the overall opinion level regarding organizational commitment was moderate, and 3) the analysis of the influence of welfare satisfaction on organizational commitment showed that access to welfare information had the greatest impact, followed by diversity of welfare benefits, and quality of welfare benefits, respectively, with statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
