Abstract: โครงการวิจัย โครงการย่อยที่ 1 การพัฒนาคลังข้อมูลภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นและชุมชนออนไลน์ด้วยนวัตกรรมสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนพฤฒพลัง (Local Wisdom Database Development and Online Community with Information Innovation to Support Active Aging) นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศช่วยส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว การสร้างรายได้ และส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนและผู้สูงอายุ โดยนำเสนอข้อมูลการท่องเที่ยวและกิจกรรมในชุมชน ระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนา ประกอบด้วย (1) Web Application “Local Community” ระบบสารสนเทศหลักของชุมชน (2) Mobile Application "เนินหอม connect" ช่วยส่งเสริมการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมาชิกในชุมชน ประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสารในชุมชน ดำเนินการอบรมและฝึกทักษะให้คนในชุมชน แสดงใบรับรองอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (3) Mobile Application "ชุมชนท่องเที่ยว" กระตุ้นให้เกิดการท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่ และ (4) อุปกรณ์ให้ข้อมูลเชิงรุก สนับสนุนการบริการข้อมูลเชิงรุก ผ่าน Mobile Application "ชุมชนท่องเที่ยว" เมื่ออยู่ในระยะที่กำหนด เพื่อให้บริการข้อมูลและใช้ประกอบการทำกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ในชุมชน ผลการพัฒนานวัตกรรม พบว่า Web Application, Mobile Application และชุดอุปกรณ์ให้ข้อมูลเชิงรุก มีส่วนช่วยสนับสนุนชุมชน ในเรื่องการท่องเที่ยว เป็นฐานข้อมูลทางวัฒนธรรม ส่งเสริมให้เกิดรายได้ โดยได้ทดสอบนวัตกรรมกับกลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยวอาสาสมัคร พบว่า มีศักยภาพอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ ด้านสิ่งดึงดูดใจ ด้านกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยว ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน มีศักยภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการเข้าถึงแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ด้านการจัดการ ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและด้านนวัตกรรม ผลการส่งมอบและถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี ให้กับหน่วยงานท้องถิ่นและชุมชน พบว่าหน่วยงานท้องถิ่น ชุมชน สามารถใช้นวัตกรรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract: The research project "Local Wisdom Database Development and Online Community with Information Innovation to Support Active Aging" aims to develop an information system that supports tourism, generates incomes and encourages community and elderly participation. This project focuses on leveraging technology to promote elderly participation in the community through Web and Mobile Applications to present information about tourism and community-based activities through various digital platforms. The developed information system consists of the following components: (1) Web Application “Local Community” this main community information system. (2) Mobile Applications "Nern Hom Connect" used to interaction among community members, disseminate local news, provide training and skill development and electronic certificates. (3) Mobile Application "Tourism Community" is used to promote attractions and activities in the area. (4) proactive information devices transmitting information through Mobile Application "Tourism Community" when users are within a specified range. These devices enhance the accessibility of information and facilitate various community activities. The study results found Web Application, Mobile Applications, and proactive information devices significantly support the community in terms of tourism promotion, functioning as a cultural database and a means of income generation. Testing the innovations with volunteer tourists showed that the system demonstrated Most significant strengths: Tourist attractions, tourism activities, and community participation. Strong potential: Accessibility to tourism sites, management efficiency, tourism facilities, innovation integration, and technology transfer to local agencies and communities. Finally, the transfer of technology to local authorities and community groups proved successful. The local agencies and communities were able to utilize the developed innovations effectively, contributing to sustainable local development.
