Abstract:
This thesis has the following objectives: 1) To study the promotion of trade stability. 2) To study the Mangala Sutta Principles of Buddhism. 3) To analyze the promotion of trade stability according to the principles of the Mangala Sutta.
The results of the study found that:
The teachings in the Mangala Sutta are principles for success and progress in secular and religious. which are related and connected. Starting with the necessities that can be easily performed and then moving up to the more difficult things. The Mangala Sutta in verses 1 30 are principles that lead to worldly prosperity. It is morality and ethics that will make trading successful. In summary, there are 5 important principles that can be applied to create trade stability: 1. Have a good location 2. Have readiness of entrepreneurs 3. Care about society 4. Have morals 5. Care about studying Dhamma. The only trade that can be stable is one that is based on morality. Applying the Mangala Sutta principles to the 7Ps strategy it is a basic principle in doing business as an element. It is both an internal and external factor. Internal factors are a part of planning work to be linked together in an orderly way. Has a unique ability to trade with knowledge and understanding in every dimension. External factors are those that come from other parts, whether it be trading partners, competitors, fluctuations, or economic stability. which may be difficult to control. Therefore, risks must be prevented by following the Mangala Sutta principles which are principles applicable to all dimensions. From the educational dimension, seeking knowledge. Dimensions of life for all career fields and dimensions of moral development in trading which can be considered a risk prevention. The principles of the Mangala Sutta can be applied or adapted to trade as a driving force in every dimension. to connect with things that will lead to development and progress and promote continued growth and stability of trade.
