Abstract:
The objectives of this thesis are: 1) To study the conditions, problems and obstacles. 2) To study the Buddhist principles related to the operation of renting real estate with foreigners, 3) To present guidelines for renting real estate to foreigners in an integrated Buddhist way. Using a qualitative field research method, collecting information through documents and in-depth interviews. Key informants: 24 people, tools used namely, analyzing structured interviews. Content analysis Presented by descriptive method.
The results of the study were found that:
1. Results of analysis of conditions, problems and obstacles in renting real estate to foreigners, it was found that legal factors continue to hinder rental housing operators because the law does not protect entrepreneurs much but protects tenants quite a lot. This makes it possible to have loopholes in the contract.
2. The results of the analysis of the Buddhist principles related to the operation of renting real estate with foreigners revealed that the 4 Sanghawatthu Principles and 6 Buddhist principles that promote coexistence. This causes adaptation to each other. Understanding unity good hope cares for each other and is ready to take part, both with co-residents in the same zone, with general service providers and rental operators.
3. Guidelines for renting real estate to foreigners in the Buddhist integrated sense found that living together among diverse ethnic groups. It is a multicultural society. creating a center for cross-cultural leaming for living together most entrepreneurs are Buddhist. Dhamma principles can be integrated here, including Principles of Sanghawatthu 4 and Principles of Saraniyadhamma 6 are universal Buddhist principle that can be applied to all groups of people, all cultures, always, and cross-cultural learning with such Buddhist principles. They can be a driving force for relief Promote unity to reduce conflict problems Strengthen a peaceful society.
