To study the methods to support students to graduate within the specified time frame. The research instruments used in this study were a 5-point rating scale questionnaire and an interview form. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. The analysis of data from the interviews used content analysis and drew conclusions. The research results from alumni found that 1. The factors that affect the success in graduation are at the highest level overall. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value was the advisor/independent study aspect, followed by the curriculum management and teaching management aspect, and the aspect with the lowest average value was the thesis/independent study process aspect. 2. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value was the thesis/independent study process, followed by the advisor/independent study, and the aspect with the lowest average value was the university services. 2. The relationship between factors affecting the success of graduate students at Chiang Rai Campus, University of Phayao found that factors related to thesis/independent study advisors and curriculum management and teaching management have a statistically significant relationship at the 0.01 level. Regarding strategies to support timely graduation, the findings suggest that: students should be encouraged to develop important skills such as time management, responsibility, and self-learning, along with activities and student support systems. Additionally, University services should be developed to be easily accessible, especially access to libraries and counseling. Finally, promote the effectiveness of advisors, systematically follow up on thesis progress, and provide training on research and improve the curriculum to be in line with student needs, emphasizing practical learning and ethics in conducting research in accordance with academic principles.
